Charles Windsor: a statement by the WRA Army Council "We, the representatives of the Army Council of the WRA call upon Charles Windsor the English Prince and usurper of the Title Prince of Wales, to vacate his Welsh mansion Llwynywormwood, Myddfai, Llandovery, Carmarthenshire, by December 11th 2007 or become a legitimate target for Republican action. We further call upon Mr Windsor to relinquish his claim to the title Prince of Wales. Well its nonsense that has made the press. Good luck to whoever you are but I think one or two innocents can now expected to be 'watched'. Especially now in light of the Cornish stating that they have received support from the FWA. Not sure what to make of the whole thing with this statement made by the WRA/FWA to Mr Windsor our with aid being giving to the Cornish. Lets all hope peace prevails in light of the statment made by the WRA/FWA to Mr Windsor.

Exactly the sort of crap that we don't need in newspapers, but then an opportunity to reply to the Daily Post thus - "I have just had this news story drawn to my attention. http://icnorthwales.icnetwork.co.uk/dailypost/news/wales/tm_headline=leave-welsh-home-or-face-consequences%26method=full%26objectid=19637843%26siteid=50142-name_page.html I can see why any paper would like this as a news story, but it would be a courtesy towards those who identify themselves as Welsh republicans for your newspaper to be scrupulously truthful and not lead the public into thinking that this lone individual who publishes his rants on the internet pretending to be the " Welsh Republican Army " is recognised by others who call themselves Welsh republicans as some kind of an approved organisation. The person in question has never demonstrated to us any knowledge of the political theories shared by those who identify themselves with the Welsh republican tradition."

Thankgod it's only a lone individual. It's disturbing that somone would make such a statement to another person I'am sure this must of been disturbing to everyone who holds true to Republican Values and I hope that in no way that people think this reflects those values held by Welsh Republicans. Sadly the news probable loves this kind of crap and is going to jump at any chance to report anything of this nature.

Just 2B clear- I didn't write or send this statement and the first I knew about it was when it was emailed to me from friends on the Free Wales Army Face book group. However, I agree with everything it says in my capacity both as a Welsh Minister and current Leader of CR. Charles in his Llwynywormwood residence is turing the 190 acres into holiday lets, including 40 acres of ancient forests/woodland. People in that part of wales can hardly afford to buy holiday homes. As a Christian - as a socialist- as a Republican- I will not accept this. And D if you are referring to WRC the rants they have the support of over 200 people, CR when we last stood nationally had over 30,000 votes. SO don't make an accusation against me simply because I publish on a website ( and have done for 8 years) what others won't touch with a barge pole. I have even been taken to court to defend the right of real Welsh republicans to have their say. You've got a new site- its much better than this one- go there and stay there- leave this site to the people it was originally created for - the people what a Free Wales- no surrender!

Dear C, I don't think that I implicated you as the author, and if you want to identify with such a statement that is up to you and I hope that clearly you understand the legal implications of re-publishing it ie I hope that you know that not being the author will not excuse you at law for re-publishing such threats, especially if you then endorse them. Personally I don't glorify in being prosecuted, it's a waste of mine and the police's time and public money and achieves nothing but other people's contempt. Making threats about this development by Charles Windsor is not only deplorable if intended to imply violence to his person ( which violates his human rights and therefore exposes this author not to be a republican ) but is just stupid - there is a planning process and we should watch before we speak, surely ? As to this site, well obviously you started it and equally obviously you neglected it and obviously somebody has to salvage the mess and I am doing that by removing the material to another board. It's a tedious and obviously thankless task but I feel that it is worth doing because after Keith and I took some tender care over it in the hope that you would return with the password and put things to right it began to look like something useful. I feel that I am trying to save people's time and effort contributed to the cause of Welsh Republicanism. Being the libertarian that I am, I'll let you decide which form to use. :) And I relaise you are (substantially) older than me but I've got more degrees than you: I have studied Law (LlB) in London, a BA in Religion (Prifysgol Caerdyddi), Philosophy at Allen Hall, Chelsea, a Post Grad Diploma, a MPhil at Queen's Belfast where I picket up my republican beliefs ( or is the Irish Republican Movement too racist for you) and a Masters in Liberation MOvements in Latin America all of which have contained elements on consitutional law and republicanism. However, unlike you I am quite prepared to actually fight against the enemies of my country as opposed to defining the finer points of a gnat's arse. Further, the WRA have never, to me at least, threatened to take the life of anyone, though it seems fine, according to you, for the English Crown to declared an illegal immoral war for oil and send hundreds to their deaths, inlcuding Cymros who have no quarrell with the people of Iraq, YET, should we the WELSH even dare to suggest that we'll take action then the likes of you immediately jump up and down, wave your moral little stick and delcare US to be immoral, violent racists. Furthermore, whilst I am bothered to reply to your message- u are extremely naive if you actually think the planning process is fair, equittable and just. You may remember that it was the English imposed planning system which led to the destruction of Tryweryn, Capel Celyn etc, destroying one of the ancient and last bastions of Welsh communities. Saunders Lewis and Rev.Valentine ( whom you describe as violent racists) described Llyn as the "Welsh of the Welsh". Charles Windosr, complete adultuerous bastard that he is, used his prestige and power to manipulate the planning process. We, the Welsh, cannot allow ourselves the luxury of following english law and allowing english law to save us- it will not. Britishness is a synonym for Englishness as Gwynor argues, and its destroying our nation as surley as twat face Charles intends to destroy 40 acres of beautiful woodland so rich foreigners can live in luxury whilst our young people are forced to move out of thier villages, thus destroying, perhaps forever our sacred Cymric communities. We NEED the Welsh Republican Army, whoever they are ( and I have spoken to at least five people who claim to members of it) and we need the Free Wales Army and the Cornish National Liberation Army. Same here I haven't heard to much as well. Well regardless of any la-*test*-('") or further news these statements did make the news and and even if everyone doesn't agree to the means or the way the F.W.A/W.R.A or lone individual who sent this statement the message was heard loud and clear by Mr Windsor and the public for better or worse. Even if I think this statement was a bit to extreme in content and nature the meaning of the statement wasn't lost. This statement echoes what people feel is injustice being done on a wide scale to Wales demographicaly as well as the injustice that is felt in terms of outsiders destroying Welsh forests,land and community. The real question is are the risks worth the rewards. I can see battles and Competition for living space on the hirizon. Although I feel the correct answer and correct path to be taken is a solution or answer invlolving diplomatic and democratic means to solve the problem of destruction of land and community as well as ever changing communities wich seem to be destroying Wales from the outside in or inside out. My solution or answer is education through school and teachers rather than soilders and statements. I fell the correct path is to teach the public and individuals how valuable it is to learn Welsh culture and for those who want to enter Wales and want to be part of Welsh society we should teach the rewards of learing the welsh language. We as republicans know how valuable it is to be part of Welsh culture and community through education as well as how valuable it is to learn Welsh although the problem is I don't think enough people coming to Wales know how valuable Welsh culture and language are. I don't think it is the fault of the individual who doesn't know the value of this culture and language I don't think it is anyones fault I just think people need to be tought through educational means how valuable this culture and land are. Welsh language and culture should be used to enlighten individuals who come to Wales to creat a bond between the people and land for generations to come. It is or job as republicans to teach those who enter Wales through education a kind of respect for Welsh culture land . This enlightenment through education in turn will strengthen Welsh culture and language and rather than destroy this culture through a war from within we should instill hope through education in the public with culture and langauga. Therfore their is still hope for the future of Wales although making us as republican teachers in some respects rather than Republican soilders we as indivfuals and we as republican theorists have a lot to learn just as the public has much to learn. In short their must be much change from within in order for Welsh culture and language to survive. Cymru Am Byth!
